Custodial Manager

The Custodial Manager oversees the cleaning and maintenance operations for office buildings and industrial sites, managing a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices while utilizing tools such as Paycom for efficient operations. The manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality across all assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a custodial team of 6-15 members
• Oversee cleaning activities across office buildings and industrial sites
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and industry best practices
• Conduct staff training and development programs
• Monitor quality control to maintain cleaning standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in custodial management
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations
• Experience in staff supervision and team leadership
• Familiarity with inventory control and quality assurance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
