DSP / Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual in Eugene, OR. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision based on individualized support plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
• Support community integration (appointments, outings, social activities)
• Implement behavior support strategies as needed
• Administer or assist with medications (if certified)
• Complete accurate documentation and daily progress notes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment
