Play Bliss is a premier indoor playground and birthday party venue in Richmond, Texas, designed for kids to explore, play, and celebrate in a safe and fun environment. We are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for families through exciting play structures, engaging activities, and unforgettable parties.

We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Attendant/Cashier to join our team at Play Bliss. This role requires someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask efficiently, work independently, and excel in a team setting. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent service are essential to ensure a great experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Monitor children playing in the soft play area to ensure their safety.
• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer queries about the facility, and assist parents/guardians as needed. Have a good knowledge of our party offerings to handle phone and in-person inquiries.
• Cashiering: Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring waivers are completed and collected, and checking in guests for events.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maintain cleanliness, order, and organization within the play area.
• Engage with Children: Interact positively with children, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly sanitize and clean the play structure, and play equipment, ensuring a hygienic environment for all visitors.
• Alertness: Stay attentive and proactive, promptly addressing any safety concerns or issues.
• Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Spirit: Foster a fun, positive, and collaborative work environment among colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
• Basic math skills
• Ability to operate a POS system and perform product demonstrations
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Previous experience in a grocery store environment is preferred
