Field Laborer- Multiple Outdoor Positions - Spring 2026 Hiring

Roadway/Pavement Marking Field Laborers, Experienced Line Stripers & Spring 2026 Opportunities

Mark-A-Lot, Inc., a leading pavement marking and parking lot solutions company on the South Shore, is hiring for Spring 2026.

Positions Available:

• Experienced Roadway Line Stripers & Crew Leaders
• General Laborers (entry-level opportunities available for reliable, motivated candidates)
• Litter Control Vac Truck Drivers (overnight shift)
• Sweeper Drivers/Laborers ( with CDL Class B  or CDL Class A preferred) 
• Experienced Diesel Mechanic (full-time or part-time)

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, safety-minded team players with a strong work ethic who are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Construction, paving, landscaping, CDL, or related trade experience is a plus.

This is not a routine 9–5 position. Work hours vary based on weather, project schedules, and customer needs. Early mornings, late finishes, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements for All Field Positions:

• OSHA 10 (Construction)
• Valid Medical DOT Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
