Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Shifts:

Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday - 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Training, Support, & Growth

• Specific training (de-escalation, adolescent interaction, threat detection)
• Direct mentorship from experienced supervisors
• Support with clearances and compliance requirements

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a professional presence and conduct proactive patrols
• Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions
• Act as a capable first responder during emergencies
• Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
• Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum five years of Armed Security experience
• Military, or law enforcement, or school security experience is required
• PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor
• No disqualifying criminal history

Preferred

• CPR/First Aid/AED
