Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year as a full-time, onsite school psychologist. This contract position offers the chance to make a significant difference with students and staff, providing vital psychological support in an educational setting. Starting in August 2026 and spanning through May 2027, you’ll work collaboratively within the school community to foster positive learning environments and promote student well-being.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Strong competency in psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation for K-12 populations
  • Experience in educational settings supporting academic, emotional, and behavioral growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and administrators
  • Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret resulting data for educational planning
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students individually and in groups
  • Consult with educators and families regarding student needs, classroom strategies, and behavior management
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
  • Collaborate in crisis intervention and problem-solving efforts within the school
  • Participate in meetings, staff development, and interdisciplinary teams as required
