A Schedule That Supports Your Life
- 4-day work week- 15-20 patients per day
- Shared 1:4 call that is considered very light
- Optional block scheduling for greater predictability
- Dedicated OR block time
- Modern surgical facilities with robotics planning underway
Compensation That Reflects Your Value
- First Year Package- 430,000 Salary, negotiable Signing Bonus (up to 100,000) with additional retention bonuses in year 2 and beyond.
- 39 days of PTO (nearly 8 weeks) with 4500 CME allowance
