Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC-SLP or strong clinical fellows (CF) applicants considered
  • California COC (Certificate of Clearance) required
  • School-based experience or familiarity with SEIS documentation is highly valued
  • Previous experience with CA Medicaid/Paradigm is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred, though monolingual candidates are welcome
  • Willingness to serve both mild-moderate and some severe needs students, including AAC device experience
  • Interest in itinerant work and willingness to commit to at least one school year onsite

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students, prioritizing PreK but also supporting a variety of age groups
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate actively in IEP meetings
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school standards through SEIS
  • Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support student growth
  • Maintain professional certification and required district documentation
