Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP or strong clinical fellows (CF) applicants considered
- California COC (Certificate of Clearance) required
- School-based experience or familiarity with SEIS documentation is highly valued
- Previous experience with CA Medicaid/Paradigm is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred, though monolingual candidates are welcome
- Willingness to serve both mild-moderate and some severe needs students, including AAC device experience
- Interest in itinerant work and willingness to commit to at least one school year onsite
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students, prioritizing PreK but also supporting a variety of age groups
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school standards through SEIS
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support student growth
- Maintain professional certification and required district documentation
