Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Leasing Agent serving our Williamsport apartment communities. PMI manages over $4 billion in real estate assets, serves 30,000+ residents, and partners with 360 clients nationwide. This role is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showcasing our communities, assisting with leasing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to support occupancy goals. A Pennsylvania Real Estate License is preferred but not required—if you don’t have one, PMI will cover the cost to obtain it. Rate: Based on experience; Starting at $19.00 an hour. 

Hours:  20-30 hours a week between the hours of 8am-5pm. Schedule TBD.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
• Run tenant applications.
• Assist with rent collection.
• Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation details: 19-19 Hourly Wage
