Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually + benefits, Direct hire position.

Overview
A growing and dynamic legal team is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for a driven professional who brings strong litigation skills, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and impact
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process
- Collaborate closely with internal legal team members
- Handle commercial policy cases and represent commercial defendants in litigation
- Take cases through trial and to verdict (preferred)
Qualifications
- Active Nevada Bar license required (Arizona license is a plus with additional compensation)
- Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Experience with commercial policy cases
- Strong courtroom presence, writing skills, and litigation strategy
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
