We are hiring an hourly part time Utility person for our restaurant located in the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel. This is for local non-smoking candidates.

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. This role is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly and efficiently. As a Dishwasher, you play a key role in supporting both our culinary and front-of-house teams, helping deliver a seamless and exceptional dining experience—especially as our banquet and wedding business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to the highest standards
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area, including floors, counters, and equipment
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and support tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, communicating needs to management

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to support the team in various tasks, including banquet and event setup
