Resident Assistant for Assisted Living / Windsor Gardens.

PRN positions available

Duties include.

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.
2. Encourage socialization among residents.
3. Assist with the activity program; conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or assigned by supervisor.
4. Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents.
5. Document information pertaining to residents' functional status or condition in appropriate flow sheet binder.
6. Provide Hands On support/Eye View to residents.
7. Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents.
8. Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' condition to D.O.N. and/or Nurse on staff.
9. Maintain an accurate record of resident meals intake, output and bathing record.
10. Do personal laundry for residents.
11. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. 
12. Attends/Participates in monthly meetings as well as reads all pertinent resident information in staff communication log, daily progress notes and flow sheets.
13. Background and drug test required. 

Some weekends and holidays required,
No certification necessary.
