Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - Night Shift

Deans Professional Services is hiring an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist for a night shift opportunity in The Woodlands, TX.

Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay Rate: Starting at $29/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and monitor overnight sleep studies
  • Conduct CPAP/BIPAP titrations and adjust therapy as needed
  • Review patient records, physician orders, and study protocols
  • Interview patients to assess sleep habits, medications, and contributing factors
  • Monitor patients throughout the night to ensure safety and accurate data collection
  • Perform complex sleep procedures and testing across patient populations, including pediatrics
  • Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care and outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and support to less experienced staff when needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience performing sleep studies
  • Experience with:
    • CPAP/BIPAP titrations
    • Natus SleepWorks
    • Pediatric patient populations

  • Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs occasionally
