Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle cash transactions and assist with cash handling procedures as needed.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
