Job Description
Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join its hospital-owned practice in Clinton, NC. This role offers autonomy, strong support, and the ability to practice a broad range of general orthopedic procedures, with optional Sports Medicine focus. Recent graduates are welcome.

Clinic: Mon & Wed 8-5; Fri 8-12 (alternate weeks in OR)
OR: Tues & Thurs
Call: 1:4 rotation
Patient volume: 20-30 per clinic day
Case mix: General orthopedics; optional Sports Medicine
Dedicated in-clinic Orthopedic PA
Supported by 2 MAs, radiology tech, and in-house scheduler
9 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, on-site diagnostic testing & X-ray
Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging
On-site Rehab Center for comprehensive PT
Physician-led leadership structure
Collaborative environment with General Surgery, OB/GYN, Primary Care, and Urology
