Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Process prescription orders and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage inventory and restock medications as needed.
  • Follow all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Process all sales transactions with operation of cash register.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate pharmacy staff for prescription-related or OTC inquiries.

Education/Licenses:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Active State of Montana Certified Pharmacy Technician License
