Archangel Protection Services is seeking reliable, professional Flex Officers to join our team. Flex Officers play a vital role in supporting our operations by filling open posts and covering shifts as needed across multiple client sites. This position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities
Fill in at various client sites as directed by management.
Respond promptly to calls, texts, or emails from management regarding shift availability.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Follow site-specific post orders, procedures, and client expectations.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports.

Scheduling & Availability
Shifts may range from 4 to 12 hours in duration.
Assignments may occur at any location or site based on company needs.
Flex Officers must respond to communications from Management within one (1) hour of being contacted.
As an on-call position, you are expected to remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Flex Officer positions do not guarantee hours. Assignments are based on company and client needs.

Requirements
Must possess a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different sites as needed.
Must have access to a working phone and email for communication.
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods of time.
Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
Firearms Permit (BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit) is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Strong problem-solving and situational awareness skills.
Flexible and reliable work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
