Yard Attendant

Location: Sonoma County (Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Fulton)

Aaction Rents is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with construction equipment, helping keep our yard organized, safe, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Wash, clean, and prep equipment for rental
• Inspect equipment upon return for damage and basic functionality
• Organize and maintain the yard to keep it clean, safe, and efficient
• Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers
• Assist customers in the yard as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Forklift experience is helpful (we’ll train the right person)
• Team player who is willing to jump in where needed

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Pay range: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
