Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious, handcrafted breads? Our bakery is looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our team. In this role, you will mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. This is an overnight baking position (10:00 pm to 6:30 am). $500 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day Introductory Period.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs and bake breads according to established recipes and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor ovens and adjust baking processes as needed for consistent results.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new bread varieties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
