Service Agent

Manages all drivers who are broken down, ensuring expedited and cost controlled resolutions to situation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage drivers that call in with breakdown and ensure timely communications.
• Ensure proper diagnostic evaluations are completed to identify root cause and determine solution.

• Determine best route of action and manage drivers to that end accordingly.

• Ensure all estimated cost are previewed and verified, and all approvals attained.

• Manage drivers and occurrences by ensuring communications with all departments on status, cost and estimated down times.

• Manage outside vendors to ensure timely repairs and service.

• Manage and maintain computer integrity in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a good relationship with the drivers while managing repairs.

• Performs other related duties as required by business necessity or assigned by management

• Manages all reports and distribution of information to key designates.
• Manages all break downs in excess of 12 hours and ensures communications with Maintenance, Operations and Drivers
