Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
The First Impression: Act as the face of the office, greeting patients with a "Ritz Carlton" level of service and professionalism.
Schedule Optimization: Manage the clinical calendar to ensure productive "unreleaseable" days, balancing high-production cases with emergency triage.
Insurance Navigation: Verify insurance benefits, obtain breakdowns, and clearly explain out-of-pocket costs to patients.
Treatment Coordination: Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and finding financial solutions to move forward with care.
Revenue Cycle Support: Collect co-payments, manage daily deposits, and ensure accurate data entry into the Practice Management Software.
Patient Advocacy: Follow up on unscheduled treatment and manage the "recall" system to keep our patient base healthy and active.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dental front office or patient coordination role.
Software Mastery: Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for "relationship selling" and patient education.
Aptitude: A strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance coding (CDT).
Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
