Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.

- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms and common areas.

- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient room turnover.

- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow up on any necessary actions.

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

- Respond to guest feedback and concerns regarding room cleanliness and quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
