General Dentist

Description:

We are seeking a Diagnosing Dentist to join our team 3-4 days a week in our beautiful Las Vegas practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about dentistry, dedicated to precision and patient comfort, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Comprehensive Exams: Perform thorough oral evaluations, diagnose dental conditions, and determine appropriate courses of treatment in alignment with patient needs and clinical findings.
  
• Recall & Continuing Care: Conduct periodic and recall examinations, ensuring continuity of care, monitoring oral health status, and updating treatment plans as needed.
  
• Hygiene Oversight: Supervise and support hygiene services, including exam checks, perio charting review, and ensuring hygiene protocols meet clinical standards of care.
  
• Treatment Planning: Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans, clearly outlining recommended procedures, alternatives, risks, and benefits to support informed patient decisions.
  
• Patient Consultations: Lead patient discussions regarding diagnosis, preventive care, and restorative needs, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
  
• Patient Education: Provide guidance on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to support long-term outcomes.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with Nevada state regulations and practice standards.
  
• Quality of Care: Ensure all clinical services align with 4M Dental Implant Center’s standards, emphasizing patient safety, experience, and clinical excellence.
  
  

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Nevada dental license in good standing.
• Understanding of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, prosthetics, and surgical protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient education and care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment.
