Schedule Expectations:

• Typical shift: ~12:00 PM to close (or approximately 8-10 hours before closing, depending on location)
• Saturdays are mandatory for weekly inventory
• Evening leadership role focused on closing operations

What You'll Do: As a Nighttime Supervisor, you'll help ensure the store closes strong and is set up for success the next day by:

• Leading the evening team and maintaining smooth store operations
• Completing Saturday inventory management
• Performing major equipment cleaning and calibrations
• Managing SOS procedures and operational standards
• Supporting team members and ensuring high-quality guest service
• Maintaining strict food safety, brand, and cleanliness standards
• Preparing the store for the next day's opening team

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous food service or retail experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to manage tasks and lead a team during closing shifts
