What is a Missile Crew Member?
Missile (or pneumatic boring) crews are responsible for installing underground conduit by driving a pneumatic missile tool horizontally through the groundcommonly used for road crossings, driveways, and tight-access areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and operation of pneumatic boring (missile) equipment
  
  
• Dig entry and exit pits for bores
  
  
• Align and launch missile for accurate underground installations
  
  
• Install conduit for fiber optic cable
  
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  
  
• Work closely with drill operators, locators, and crew members
  
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in underground utility construction or similar field preferred
  
  
• Ability to operate hand tools and small equipment
  
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
  
  
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
  
• Valid drivers license
  
  
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
