Description:
- Contract Period: up to 2 years
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST - 40 hrs/week
- Evaluate food service operation and nutrition components.
- Conduct reviews, evaluating food service activities and providing nutrition guidance.
- Provide training and technical assistance on record keeping, meal planning and regulations ensuring program compliance.
