lawn care crew members

Schneider Outdoor Services is looking for a lawn mowing crew leader and crew members. This position is full time during the summer months with opportunities for snow removal work as well. We are a small family-owned business and have been studiedly growing over the years. Experience is required for the crew leader position and preferred for crew members but not required. With the right attitude and motivation, we will train.

Job duties

· Weekly mowing, whipping and blowing

· Spring and fall cleanups

· Pruning bushes

· Light landscape refreshes

· Leaders check trucks and equipment, and some light maintenance

Requirements

· Leaders must have experience

· Valid Driver’s license (decent record) able to get a DOT health Card

· Reliable transportation to work

· Great attitude

· Able to lift 50lbs

· Must be a good team player
