Catering & Food Truck Manager

The Catering & Food Truck Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations and mobile food service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at a variety of events including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and community festivals. This role requires managing a team of 1 to 5 employees within a larger staff environment of 30+ employees, coordinating vendor relationships with local and regional suppliers, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. This dynamic manager role will also be responsible for budgeting, marketing, and promoting services while supporting growth through training and internal advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule catering and food truck staff.
• Control inventory and maintaining equipment.
• Coordinate events and ensure smooth execution above expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Develop and maintain repetitive vendor relationships with local and regional suppliers.
• Manage budgets and financial resources.
• Plan menus and oversee quality control of all product.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle sales representation to protect the established reputation.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities for mobile and store events.
• Train and develop team members.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in catering or food service management

• Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
