About the Role:
Join Jds Landscaping & Irrigation LLC as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and take charge of delivering top-notch lawn care services in Midway, GA. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dedicated team while enhancing the beauty of our clients' landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of lawn maintenance crew members.
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Manage schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on the health of lawns and landscapes.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all services provided.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor.
