Water Technician & Laborer with IICRC Certification

Trademark Restoration seeking IICRC Water Technician and Laborer to join our restoration team. As a key part of our crew, you will assist in mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary.
• Assess and document water damage for insurance and restoration purposes.
• Follow industry standards and safety protocols to ensure high-quality restoration work.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while protecting client property.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction is a plus.

• Skills:
  • Ability to operate water mitigation equipment effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Availability for emergency response, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday with on-call opportunities for emergency response
