The Role: Visionz Designs is seeking a picker/packer to work in our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of orders. Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.

The Role: Visionz Designs is seeking a picker/packer to work in our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of orders. Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and ship orders from warehouse.
- Scan items to ensure correct picking of goods.
- Report damaged items inventory discrepancies as necessary.
- Securely pack orders to prevent damage in transport.
- Periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
- Put away of completed goods to pick bins.
- Receive and put away blank goods for production.
- Reporting discrepancies on received products to management and vendors,
- Fold, bag and barcode finished products.
- Follow instructions from the management to ensure accuracy and timely shipping of orders.
- Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Additional Responsibilities
From time to time, successful candidates will be required to work in other departments as work loads shift.

- Staging blanks garments for production.
- Assist in print production.
- Quality control of printed goods.
- Operating heat press printing machines to print graphics onto blank goods.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
