Operating under a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model, we focus on speed, product freshness, and strong in-store execution. Our team services a high volume of retail accounts and works closely with store management to ensure consistent product availability and presentation. We take pride in reliability, efficiency, and delivering results at the store level.
Position Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for managing daily in-store execution across an assigned route in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are consistently stocked, properly rotated, and presented according to company standards. Due to the perishable nature of our products, attention to detail, urgency, and consistency are essential for success in this position.
Merchandisers are expected to complete their routes efficiently while maintaining high standards across all accounts. This is a fast-paced, field-based role that requires independence, accountability, and the ability to meet weekly performance targets.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or until route is completed
- Average of 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing multiple retail locations daily on an assigned route
- Stocking, rotating, and organizing products on shelves and displays
- Ensuring product freshness and proper date rotation at all times
- Building and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Communicating with store personnel to support product availability and sales
- Meeting weekly performance and execution targets
