Position Summary

As a Fundraising Team Member, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for community causes. You will engage with potential donors to promote nonprofit campaigns, drive fundraising efforts, and build long-lasting relationships that amplify mission-based impact.

This role blends sales, marketing, fundraising, and community outreach — perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced, people-focused environments and is passionate about helping our nonprofit partners expand their reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential donors within the community to generate revenue for our nonprofit clients.

• Present our nonprofit partners' cause and initiatives with clarity and enthusiasm.

• Drive commitments and donations through direct in person outreach.

• Meet and exceed fundraising revenue goals.

• Communicate our nonprofit partners’ mission, goals, and value to diverse audiences.

• Serve as a positive representative of the nonprofit in all interactions.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach, donor commitments, and follow-ups.

• Report progress, insights, and campaign feedback to leadership.

• Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or community outreach preferred but not required. .

• Comfortable with talking to individuals one-on-one and presenting to groups.

• Goal-oriented and results driven.

• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.

Compensation details: 40000-60000 Yearly Salary
