Job Description

Overview:

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials throughout the warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments are accurately organized and prepared for timely distribution. Operators will work in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Stage products for shipment and delivery
Maintain organized and safe warehouse aisles and storage areas
Verify and handle materials according to work orders
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Skills and Experience:

Prior forklift operating experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Preferred (Not Required):

Roll clamp forklift experience
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Experience handling palletized freight or bulk materials
