About the Opportunity
A leading advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and enjoys solving complex equipment challenges.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping production running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving sophisticated manufacturing equipment used in wafer fabrication processes.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex production equipment with minimal supervision
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
  • Rebuild and modify manufacturing equipment to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Partner with engineering teams to recommend process and equipment improvements
  • Lead or support other technicians and assist in training team members
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance
  • Analyze equipment data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • High vacuum systems
  • Lithography tools
  • Wet bench systems
  • Measurement equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on complex assignments
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Cleanroom environment (gowning required: smock, hood, gloves, etc.)
  • Frequent standing, walking, and physical activity
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, moderate noise, and controlled chemicals
