What You Bring
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Interest in solid tumor oncology
- Open to clinical trials participation (optional)
- Eligible for Idaho medical licensure
Compensation and Benefits
- 589K base with uncapped wRVU; current physicians earning 767K-1.14M
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- 8 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME with full allowance
- Full benefits package including multiple retirement plans (403b, 457b, Roth, 401a match)
