Job Description

Overview:

General Maintenance

Complete apartment turns including painting, patching, and touch-ups
Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, carpet, tile)
Perform basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, drains, leaks)
Handle minor electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, lighting)

Property Upkeep

Conduct daily property walks and inspections
Maintain cleanliness of grounds, dumpsters, and common areas
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform full unit turnovers from start to finish

Preventive Maintenance

Complete scheduled maintenance tasks (filters, detectors, water heaters, etc.)
Identify and report maintenance issues early
Accurately document all completed work orders

Skills and Experience:

2+ years of residential maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

Strong time management and reliability

Must have dependable transportation

HVAC or EPA certification is a plus
