Your skills we value:

  • Administer andmaintainsafety policies and standards.

  • Ensure first quality for all processes.

  • Perform andmaintainrequired line readings to ensuremachineset-up is correct.

  • Fill in for extrusion operators.

  • Train and coach job specifics to extrusion operators.

  • Ensure all operators havenecessarytools and supplies.

  • Complete production reports.

  • Be familiar withcurrentschedule and prepare for/perform product changeovers.

  • Communicate with oncoming/outgoing shift's Extrusioncrew leaders

  • Must be able to work overtime when neededon short notice.

  • Ability to keep work areas clean and safe.

  • Comply withall safety policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources.

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred oran equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Ability to read and write.

  • Display andexhibitleadership abilities.

  • Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.Must be able to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.

  • Ability to prioritize daily tasksin accordance withschedule needs
