Restaurant Manager – Westbury, NY
We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at a high-volume, polished casual dining restaurant. This role requires an energetic professional with proven experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold hospitality standards and company policies
- Support General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost management
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and special promotions to drive sales
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or upscale casual dining environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics
- Hands-on, guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
