Location: New Brunswick, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation support. You will work with patients dealing with pain, limited mobility, injury recovery, or post-surgical needs, helping them build strength and function through clear, individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion
• Build therapy plans that match each patient’s condition
• Guide patients through exercises and functional movement activities
• Provide manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques
• Review progress and make changes to care plans when necessary
• Educate patients on recovery habits and injury prevention
• Maintain complete and timely clinical records

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
