About the Role:
As a Bartender you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring exceptional guest service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Ultimately, your performance will directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our dining experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Experience in fine dining establishments.
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and current beverage trends.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills:
The required skills of bartending and guest service will be utilized daily as you interact with patrons and prepare their drinks. Working in a fast-paced environment will require you to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Your ability to perform repetitive motions will be essential for tasks such as shaking cocktails and pouring drinks.
