We are seeking a hands-on Senior Estimator to join a growing civil construction team known for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. This is a key role supporting preconstruction efforts, leading estimates, and helping drive accurate, competitive bids.

What you will do:
• Lead full cycle estimating for civil and sitework projects
• Review plans, specs, addendums, and bid documents for accuracy
• Oversee takeoffs and mentor junior estimators
• Build and manage estimates using B2W or similar systems
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure full scope coverage
• Adjust labor, quantities, overhead, and profit to align with project goals
• Participate in bid reviews with leadership and adjust as needed
• Support project handoff to operations and assist with change orders
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients and track bid results

What we are looking for:
• Experience in civil construction estimating
• Strong understanding of sitework, earthwork, and paving scopes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience with B2W or similar estimating software preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
