We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Mount Vernon. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who is CPR certified. he is autistic but very great kid not aggressive just need someone to keep him company and make sure his basic needs are met feeding and changing and play time
