TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented General Clerk to support government operations and high‑volume documentation workflows in our Houston Metro office.

This role will support the federal government and all applicants MUST be local to the Houston, TX area.

The Administrative Clerk supports daily operations within a Government Field Office, ensuring accurate case processing, effective workflow management, and smooth execution of naturalization activities. This role is essential to maintaining file integrity, supporting ceremonies, and assisting with high‑volume documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve, bundle, stage, and re‑shelve Government files
  • Maintain organized file systems and link incoming correspondence to existing records
  • Support naturalization ceremonies, including certificate printing, applicant assistance, and green card collection
  • Assist with processing applications, forms, and related casework
  • Scan large multi‑page documents for digital records
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligibility for Public Trust/Suitability Clearance
  • Ability to lift 45+ lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, reaching)
  • Experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support
  • Experience in Government or high‑volume documentation environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Proficient in reading and understanding English
