About the Role
We’re growing our Boise water restoration team and looking for motivated, reliable individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build a career in the restoration industry.
This is an entry-level role — no prior experience required. We’ll train you in the skills needed to restore homes and businesses after water damage and prepare you for advancement as you grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in removing affected materials (flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc.).
- Perform water extraction and help set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
- Apply antimicrobial treatments and maintain safe, clean job sites.
- Move and protect customer contents as needed.
- Follow written emergency response procedures.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude — reliability is key.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work.
- Comfortable working in environments affected by water or mold (protective gear provided).
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
