Parts Counter

Overview:

The Parts Counterperson assists customers and technicians in locating and purchasing parts needed for repairs or maintenance. This role requires strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and sales
• Look up and order parts using manufacturer and dealership systems
• Maintain accurate pricing and inventory information
• Process transactions and issue invoices
• Keep parts displays organized and stocked
• Communicate effectively with the service and collision departments
