- Required Qualifications: Current Illinois Physical Therapist License; valid driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance; BLS certification; minimum of 0 years of experience (additional experience preferred); strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner; excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred Qualifications: APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) Membership
- Additional Information: The position involves providing physical therapy services such as ultrasound, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, manual muscle testing, and joint range of motion assessments. The therapist supervises and directs Physical Therapy Assistants, ensures adherence to safety procedures, documents all activities accurately, and participates in performance improvement activities.
