Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

Local Company in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to form metal parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components
• Set up machines according to work orders and blueprints
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions or blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with good attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
