Job Description:

We are hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team. This role focuses on building and preparing concrete forms used to create structural products for construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and set up forms for concrete pouring
• Measure, align, and secure materials using basic tools
• Assist with pouring, finishing, and stripping concrete forms
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals

• Comfortable working with your hands and tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Construction or labor experience
