Job Title: General Warehouse/Forklift Operator

Duration: 12+ Month (Possible to hire)

Location: Port Deposit, MD

Shift:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Wednesday – Saturday or Sunday – Wednesday)

2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Wednesday – Saturday or Sunday – Wednesday)

Job Descriptions:

• We are hiring a General Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support printing operations, assist with changeovers, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of quantities and product condition.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
• Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory, keeping storage areas clean and properly labeled.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Secure and stage pallets for shipping, including wrapping, labeling, and preparing documentation.

Physical Requirements:

• Preferred language: English (Required)
• ⁠Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally or 22 lbs repetitively.
• High school diploma or GED required (education verification required).
